Clinical Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation

Eliminate Cravings for Cigarettes
No Weight Gain

Individual Sessions

Please note that the following hypnotic package programs are modeled after the most successful hypnotic interventions. As hypnosis and hypnotherapy addresse the specific needs of each individual, in some cases, additional hypnotic sessions may be necessary to achieve the optimal results.

In four sessions specifically tailored to the individual’s unique needs he/she will become a non-smoker.

Generally, in the first session, the individual is thoroughly interviewed and his/her smoking habits are explored. The individual is hypnotized and his/her decision to become and remain a non-smoker is hypnotically reinforced. Every individual is also taught deep relaxation.

The second and third sessions serve to further explore and reinforce this new smoke-free way of living.

Lastly, the fourth session - depending on the individual’s needs - employs additional hypnosis interventions and complementary and alternative techniques to promote new beneficial non-smoking habits that lead to better health.

Note:
Complementary and alternative therapies used in this hypnosis program may include: hypno-analysis, age regression, age progression, guided imagery, visualization, mind-body connection techniques, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), deep breathing exercises and techniques, time line therapy, selective awareness, relaxation therapy, past life therapy, and post-hypnotic suggestions.
